Why Families Choose Premier

Care that feels like family,
structure that brings peace of mind

Every care plan we build rests on three promises, so residents feel seen and supported, and families always know what to expect.

Compassionate

Warm, human care that helps residents and families feel seen, heard and supported: person to person, never institution to audience.

Dignified

We respect every resident as an individual with a voice, a history and personal preferences that shape their care every single day.

Dependable

Clear communication, consistent follow-through and regular home visits make reassurance something you can count on, not hope for.

What Is Adult Foster Care?

Stay home. Stay connected. Get the support you deserve.

Adult Foster Care (AFC) is a Massachusetts program that helps adults who need daily, hands-on assistance continue living at home with a trained caregiver, often a family member, instead of moving to a facility.

  • Live safely at home in familiar surroundings, close to the people and routines you love
  • A caregiver you trust: many families choose a relative or close friend as the live-in caregiver
  • Professional oversight: registered nurses and care managers visit regularly and adjust care as needs change
  • A holistic approach: physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, all considered in one personalized plan
